Cyrille has wide-ranging expertise in public law, real estate law, law in relation to non-profit organisations and healthcare law.

He advises and represents both private and public companies, associations and foundations, local authorities, public establishments, elected representatives and civil servants.

Thanks in particular to his extensive experience gained at the Paris Tribunal administratif and France’s Permanent Representation to the European Union in the competition and state aid sector, Cyrille has in-depth knowledge of the public sector.

His understanding of the expectations and subtleties of public institutions allows him to suggest the most appropriate strategies and means of intervention and negotiation to his clients, both public and private.

His recent experience includes contributing to a group of associations in the healthcare sector, to the carve-out of non-profit organisations involved in social action, and to the measures taken with regard to France’s professional medical association (Ordre des médecins) with a view to the restructuring of companies of doctors. He has also advised public service contractors, chambers of commerce and industry, public and private educational establishments and companies in the real estate, biotechnology and IT sectors.

Cyrille represents both individuals and employers on matters relating to the civil service.

In parallel, Cyrille supports and represents numerous local elected representatives on measures aimed at obtaining recognition for their right to express their opinions and to obtain information and documents or to re-establish the legality of local action. He also acts for these individuals, both as claimant and respondent, in electoral litigation and in cases concerning libel, slander or the financing of election campaigns.

Cyrille practiced law with the firm Gide Loyrette Nouel for 12 years before founding Rollin Prats.
